Indian Tandoori Chicken ingredients:
  • 3 top and bottom chicken thighs, fillets and remove the skin

  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • T tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 50 ml of yogurt

Supplementary material :
  1. ½ Bombay onion, roundly sliced
  2. 1 lemon, round slices
  3. How to Make Tandoori Chicken / Tandoori Chicken:
  4. Smear the fillet chicken with fine spices, yogurt, salt, and lemon juice.
  5. Poke the chicken with a fork, then store it in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
  6. Place the chicken on a baking sheet that has been coated with aluminum foil and smeared with oil.
  7. Bake the chicken in the oven for 35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
  8. During roasting, the chicken is turned and smeared with oil until cooked.
  9. Serve with the complement.
