Ingredients : Salmon fillet meat, coconut milk, ginger, brown sugar, fish sauce, red curry paste, lime juice, basil leaves, cilantro, red chili, and salt.

How to make:

Cut salmon into medium sized dice.
Put the coconut milk in a pan and add ginger, sugar, fish sauce, curry paste, and lime juice.
Stir and make sure the curry paste is dissolved in the sauce. Cook until boiling and add the salmon.
Cook the fish gently so it doesn't break for 5-7 minutes. Serve with a sprinkling of coriander leaves.
